1. Our Commitment

CardOutpost is a digital pack-opening platform where users may purchase virtual packs with real money and may withdraw earned site credit. Although not a gambling product, real-money play of any kind can be misused. We are committed to providing tools and information that help players stay in control.

2. Player Tools

Available via support. Players may request any of the following by contacting support@cardoutpost.com. Requests are processed by our support team within one business day. Self-service versions of these tools may be added to account settings in the future.

Deposit limits: daily, weekly, or monthly caps. Once set, loosening or removing a limit takes effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Session time reminders: a configurable session length after which we email the player a reminder to take a break.
Self-exclusion: the player may exclude themselves from the Platform for 30, 90, or 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion is enforced by deactivating the account and blocking the player’s verified identity and known payment instruments from creating new accounts.
Account closure: the player can close their account at any time, subject to completion of any pending withdrawals.

3. Underage Play Prevention

No one under 18 (or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction) may use the Platform. Age is verified using identity signals at signup and again at first withdrawal through Didit and Stripe Identity. We may request additional proof of age at any time. Suspected underage accounts are suspended pending verification and closed if underage.

4. Help and External Resources

Financial and Tech Wellness Resources. If you feel you are spending more time or money on the Platform than you intended, we strongly encourage you to utilize our self-exclusion tools. For external support, we recommend consulting general financial counseling services or digital wellness resources.

Arcade Processing does not provide clinical advice. We will, on request, provide a player with their transaction history to assist with any external counseling or treatment.

5. Staff Awareness

Customer-facing staff receive training on identifying signs of problem play and on the tools available to players. Suspected problem-play patterns trigger an outreach to the player offering responsible play tools and external resources.
